ANCHOR BAY HARBOR

A Note to Our Jefferson Street Neighbors

A message from your neighbors at Anchor Bay Harbor

We're Glad You're Here!

Even though you’re not officially part of the Anchor Bay Harbor HOA, you’re very much part of the neighborhood we all call home. This page is a warm invitation to learn more about how we’re connected, and how, together, we can keep our corner of Chesterfield looking its best.

We Share More Than a Road

How We’re Connected

Jefferson Street and Anchor Bay Harbor are tied together in more ways than one. From our shared entryway to connected infrastructure, the work our HOA does affects more than just our 88 homes.

Though Jefferson Street isn’t formally part of the HOA, many of the improvements we fund benefit nearby residents directly. This includes things like snow removal, road care, and canal management that support safe access and stormwater flow for the whole area.

Neighborhood Improvements That Benefit All of Us

What the Anchor Bay Harbor HOA Provides

Here are some of the ongoing services and projects managed by the HOA that Jefferson Street residents benefit from:

  • Maintenance of the shared brick-paved entry road

  • Snow removal that reaches into Jefferson Street

  • Canal management, helping ensure proper drainage and stormwater flow

  • Street lighting and seasonal decorations near the entrance

  • Landscaping and beautification that enhances the shared area

An Invitation, Not an Obligation

Why We’re Reaching Out

Like many communities, we’re seeing rising costs to maintain the high standards that benefit everyone in the area.

While there’s no requirement for Jefferson Street residents to contribute, we’re inviting you to consider a voluntary donation to help support these efforts.

Your contribution is entirely optional and deeply appreciated. This is simply neighborly goodwill, no legal ties, no expectations, just a shared investment in our shared surroundings.
