We want to say a special thank you to all our residents who contribute regularly to our community via our annual association dues. Your contributions help us do everything from maintaining our unique paver road and canal waterways, to enhancing our community with things like our annual Christmas light display. They also allow us to provide for convenient and necessary services such as our security camera system and snow and ice removal. 

We do realize that our association dues are not mandatory, and that some residents who are on a fixed income cannot participate, but any amount of contribution helps lighten the overall costs.

The cleanliness of our street and our status as a private community are some of the things that make us one of Macomb County’s most desirable neighborhoods. Our Board and your fellow residents are all extremely grateful to everyone who has played a part in helping us to maintain that status.
